What data we process
Resumes, LinkedIn profile data shared by the candidate, interview recordings and transcripts, interview scores, and the account details of recruiters using the product.
Why we process it
To run AI pre-screening interviews, validate the claims in a resume or LinkedIn profile, and give the hiring team a structured summary and ranking. We do not sell personal data and we do not use candidate data for advertising.
Where data is stored
All candidate data is processed and stored inside the European Union, and we operate in line with the GDPR.
Candidate rights
Candidates can request access to their data, correction of it, or its deletion at any time by writing to us. Recruiting customers remain the controller of the candidate data they collect.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses only essential cookies until you accept analytics. Analytics is used to understand traffic in aggregate, never to profile individual candidates.
