Who we are
We are a small European team of recruiters, engineers and HR professionals based in Estonia. We built resyme.ai after years of watching great candidates get lost in resume piles and recruiters lose their weeks to repetitive pre-screening calls.
Our mission
Give every candidate a fair, fast first interview and give every recruiter the time back to do the human part of hiring. Candidates can apply with a resume or simply paste their LinkedIn profile, complete a tailored AI video interview when it suits them, and get a decision faster.
